With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Mike has seen it all. He’s battled the most boring of corporate systems and faced the dark side of user experience. But instead of succumbing to the tedium, he used his powers for good and helped bring SkyHR to life.
As a cofounder, Mike ensures that our platform is not only functional and efficient but also a delight to use. His passion for creating great software experiences is contagious, so be prepared to catch the bug!
Most recently, Mike channelled his love of innovation into writing Prompt Engineering for HR Professionals – a practical guide to using AI tools like ChatGPT in real-life HR work.
